Othisis Solutions is a sustainable tourism company based in Nydri, on the Ionian island of Lefkada. We practice a higher-value, lower-volume model of Greek tourism, and we share what we learn through The TachyDrome, our editorial platform on sustainable travel, Greek cultural heritage, and the future of the Ionian.
Our first project is code named 'Pantaleon', a five-bedroom eco-villa in development in Nydri, built to bioclimatic and regenerative-hospitality principles. It is us putting our own capital behind our convictions: the working proof that ecological design, cultural continuity, and community benefit can sit on the same balance sheet.The work is grounded in sustainability and aligned with Greece's national strategy Tourism 2030, for responsible higher-value tourism.
Freedom through Prosperity is our founding belief: that an economically empowered community becomes the strongest steward of its own environment and culture. Where others see a few crowded summer months, we see a year-round case for local growth.
