About Othisis Solutions: Sustainable Tourism in Lefkada

Othisis Solutions is an independent sustainable-tourism initiative based in Lefkada, Greece. We develop environmentally responsible luxury hospitality in the Ionian Islands, beginning with Pantaleon, a five-bedroom eco-villa in Nydri. Othisis Solutions O.E. works in one field only: regenerative tourism. We are not a software, CRM, or technology company.

What we're building

Pantaleon is a five-bedroom eco-villa in Nydri, Lefkada, built with locally sourced materials, bioclimatic design, and water-conservation systems. It is currently in development as the first working example of a standard we hope to see shared across the island.

The idea

We are proving Lefkada can welcome fewer visitors and give them more. The result is better for the island, better for its visitors, and more profitable for the community that hosts them.

Why Lefkada and the Ionian

Green, lush, and nothing like the whitewashed Cyclades. We build for the whole year, not just August.

Who is behind it

Othisis Solutions was founded by Georgios and Dimitrios N. Kouvaris, under the motto Libertas per Prosperitatem (Freedom through Prosperity).
